Massage parlor and laundry facilities rigth across the street and at very reasonable prices. Some tv channles in english.
No phones in the the room, the wifi didn't work at all, and I didn't get all tyhe extra amendities that I had asked for. And their were waps nests all on the upper levels.

Great pool... Nice design and layout of room. Very soothing and sharp decor. Wifi is a nice free bonus, too.
No complimentary water in room... Long distance from night life. Not really condusive to walking... Rent a motorbike if you want to look around.

Staff was neat & very kind & very cooperative. It's location is very near to walking street (about 10 minutes walking). Room was very clean & comfortable. A/ C and internet were very satisfactory. Communication in English Language was good, but it's better to have a staff speaking English very well. Groceries, stores, fruits & vegetables store and supermarkets were available & very close to hotel location.
The safety cabinet was outside the room. Also, the drivers didn't know the place or location of the hotel. The staff didn't respond to the telephone that was privided in Booking website when we want them to guide us to the hotel.

The hotel caters to young men from the south of France and Ukrainian free- lance women. There was yelling and door slamming all night. In the day the pool was full of loud drunk young men. It is difficult to exagerate the crudity and volume of the behavior. I am a worldly, tolerant single male, and not easily offended. More over it was an offense to the Thai people.

The pool
Quite possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in. a) Would not take a photocopy of passport insisted on keeping it. b) I booked a suite but a room full of cupboards does not a kitchen make - no crockey or cutlery, no complimentary water to put in the non existent kettle c) While one cannot guard fully against nature I was bitten horrifically most nights and regularly found some awful looking insects crawling in my bed when I checked before going to sleep d) the balcony was just a piece of concrete sticking out from the wall with nowhere to sit

Far away from the beach and the walking street. Definitely a budget hotel with very low standards. If you are just looking for a room to crash in after a long night out this hotel would be fine. But if you however want to sleep and be rested seek elsewhere. Air con very loud with no remote and only 3 settings low, medium, high. Cleanliness of the room wasn't anything to brag about. The sheets had stains on them and there was someone elses hair on the toilet seat so doubt that it was cleaned. No safety security box in room. We had to pay 3500 bht in deposit to get a locker at the reception, plus we had to pay 1000 bht (in deposit) to get our passports back while all other hotels we have stayed at always took copies. We did get our money back but it seems ridiculous to pay so much for nothing. We had booked two nights but only stayed for one. Mainly because we disliked it so much and Pattaya wasn't our thing.
